  3. Love this album been after a copy for years, I can happily listen to all 3 cd's back to back without it getting old. DJ Hype really gives a drum and bass master class, i personally love the Duppy man into pendulum mix on disc /5(23).

  4. Jan 04,  · DJ Hype does what he always does KILLS IT and he shows it yet again with this selection of hot tunes from the world of drum & bass.. I had this album once and I've no idea where it's gone which is truly sad as I miss it, however because of me owning it at one stage I know how competitive it is for other drum & bass albums to stand up to/5(14).

Feb 20,  · like with his self indulgent scratching which is ace but in moderation theres no need to scratch over everything and that thing he does with tunes sumtimes when he changes the drum beat like on one of his old mixes i think it was dj hypes drum and bass essentials that 3 cd pack thing he changes the drum beat for sub focus x ray n just spoils it.

His DJ sets are just as ferocious as the tunes he makes. He's a master of the jump-up sound, part of the Playaz crew with DJ Hype, his regular DJ partner in crime.
